Test Nikkor 28-300 3. 5.6 G VRII : Rain day D700, last 4 shots tested the active VR shot through a Metro car window, remainder shots varying app or mm. After this test I will live with distortion and use this lens to lighten my business travel package by leaving my 28-70, 80-200 2.8 and my 80-400 VR at home. Lighting adjustments made within Lightroom 3.0 No other changes made to the RAW files. Exported by Lightroom into Jpgs. If I have time I will add more caption settings.
